Our Services

Victory Outreach Soul Care Ministry is the counseling ministry of Victory Outreach Church of Dallas.  Our Soul Care ministry offers a variety of services to meet the unique needs of our congregation and the greater Dallas community. Our staff members are trained, compassionate and Spirit-Filled. We take pride in our uncompromisingly biblical approach to caring for souls. We believe that the person in our care should leave with a greater sense of who they are in Christ, a greater sense of their purpose and most of all, a profoundly intimate relationship with God.  Our core belief is that we are called to care for people by leading them to the lover of their souls. This is where they will find Victory in every situation

Comfort, comfort my people, says your God. Isaiah 40:1
