Delivered from drugs, alcohol, street life, and an abusive relationship, Wanda found restoration through Victory Outreach Dallas Recovery Home for Women in 1999 eventually stepping into leadership in 2001. She and her husband Pastor Michael Stell have been pastoring Victory Outreach Ft. Worth City Church together since 2015, helping others find healing, freedom, and purpose. Wanda has worked compassionately with victims of trauma, Since 2001.

Krishunna Smith is a licensed minister and trauma-informed leader who has worked with victims of trauma since 2010. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Counseling. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Traumatology Married to Pastor Darell Smith since 2012, she is a proud mother of four and grandmother of four. Krishunna is the founder of Victory In Christ Soul Care Ministry, where she leads support groups, including Victory Over Trauma, helping individuals heal and grow in faith.

Tim is a revivalist evangelist transformed by Christ from drug addiction in 1995. Called by the Holy Spirit, he has preached globally, including a life-marking mission to Manila. A former youth pastor, media director, and leader within Victory Outreach, he now serves at Victory Outreach San Diego alongside his wife Jennifer and their child.
