Wanda Stell

Delivered from drugs, alcohol, street life, and an abusive relationship, Wanda found restoration through Victory Outreach Dallas Recovery Home for Women in 1999 eventually stepping into leadership in 2001. She and her husband Pastor Michael Stell have been pastoring Victory Outreach Ft. Worth City Church together since 2015, helping others find healing, freedom, and purpose. Wanda has worked compassionately with victims of trauma, Since 2001.

Krishunna Smith BS., MA

Krishunna Smith is a licensed minister and trauma-informed leader who has worked with victims of trauma since 2010. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Counseling. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Traumatology Married to Pastor Darell Smith since 2012, she is a proud mother of four and grandmother of four. Krishunna is the founder of Victory In Christ Soul Care Ministry, where she leads support groups, including Victory Over Trauma, helping individuals heal and grow in faith.

Tim Rabara

Tim is a revivalist evangelist transformed by Christ from drug addiction in 1995. Called by the Holy Spirit, he has preached globally, including a life-marking mission to Manila. A former youth pastor, media director, and leader within Victory Outreach, he now serves at Victory Outreach San Diego alongside his wife Jennifer and their child. Tim also hosts the Kingdom Shifters podcast, proclaiming salvation, healing, and deliverance with signs and wonders. Evangelist Tim is full of the Holy Spirt and moves in Miracles, Signs, an wonders.

Becoming a Trauma-Informed Church is a transformative teaching designed to equip pastors, leaders, and ministry teams with the insight and tools needed to shepherd people impacted by trauma. This training explores how trauma affects the brain, body, and spirit, and how churches can unintentionally retraumatize or intentionally create spaces of safety and healing.

Grounded in biblical truth and informed by trauma research, this session helps leaders recognize trauma responses within congregations, respond with compassion rather than correction, and cultivate environments marked by trust, empowerment, and restoration. Participants will learn practical strategies for preaching, counseling, discipleship, and leadership through a trauma-informed lens.

This teaching is ideal for churches desiring to reflect the heart of Christ while wisely stewarding the responsibility of caring for wounded souls.

Working With Trauma-Impacted Children

Equipping Leaders to Serve Traumatized Children is a powerful, practical teaching designed to prepare educators, ministry workers, caregivers, and volunteers to effectively support children impacted by trauma. This training explores how adverse experiences shape a child’s brain development, behavior, attachment patterns, and emotional regulation.

Participants will learn to recognize trauma responses that are often misinterpreted as defiance, withdrawal, or aggression, and respond with consistency, compassion, and structure rather than punishment alone. Grounded in research and practical application, this session provides tools for creating safe, predictable environments that promote healing, resilience, and trust.

Ideal for churches, schools, and community programs, this teaching empowers adults to become steady, informed, and hope-filled influences in the lives of vulnerable children.
